China fuel oil AC jumped 11.24% in March 2015

In March, China’s fuel oil apparent consumption (AC) read 2,883,600 mt, up by 291,500 mt MoM, or 11.24%, due to fuel oil output skyrocketing, according to JYD. The total AC in Jan-Mar settled at 8,014,200, down by 1,599,900 mt YoY, or 16.64%.
