NDRC: China completes 65% and 84.8% of coal and steel 2017 de-capacity target

The National Development and Reform Committee (NDRC) disclosed on June 15th, by end-May, China has cut crude steel capacity 42.39 million mt, finalizing 84.8% of annual target; 97 million mt of coal capacity had been eliminated, completing 65% of the annual target.
