Crude oil price declined amid increased US fuel oil inventory

On August 23rd (Wednesday), API statistics showed that US crude inventory decreased in the week to August 18th. However, it could not trigger bullish sentiments as the decrease wasn't beyond the expectation like that in the past weeks.
