Shandong independent refiners' refining profits lower in 2019

Beijing (JLC), November 19, 2019--Shandong-based independent refiners’ refining profits were largely lower in 2019 compared with 2018, mainly because their sales revenues declined sharply amid falling downstream product prices, especially refined product prices, JLC data shows.
